This new version offers a better user interface, making advanced features available to all users. No coding skills required! It also uses new technology to generate your feeds faster & with less errors. This new tech lays the foundation for many new exciting features we have planned for the next year.
What does this mean for you? #
IF YOU ARE NEW TO FLEXIFY: You will automatically receive the new SuperFeed. Starting January 2020 all new users get this version by default.
IF YOU WERE ON A PREMIUM PLAN BEFORE JANUARY 2020: Nothing changes. Your old feed still works. But you can opt-in to receive all the benefits of the new version. If you opt-in to use the SuperFeed you will receive the benefits of our MEDIUM plan ($49) for the price of the SMALL plan ($29). You can go back to the old feed at any time.
What is new? #
The Flexify SuperFeed admin interface has been improved to make it easier to set advanced features. The following features are now available to you even if you don't have coding experience:
Switching from Item Count to Product Count #
The single most confusing concept our support team keeps explaining is that Facebook & Shopify think about products in fundamentally different ways:
- On Shopify, each product can have multiple variants (e.g. colors, sizes, etc. ...)
- Facebook only understands individual products.
This means that if e.g. you have 10 products with 5 variants per product you will end up with 50 products in your feed.
To add to the confusion there is no way for us to predict how many items will be in your feed before we generate it. And on top of that, we were using this confusing & unpredictable metric to bill our customers.
In the old version of Flexify we were billing based on the number of items in your feed, an unpredictable and confusing metric. That was a mistake.
We are fixing this mistake by switching to billing by product count.
What are the new prices?
We now have the following self-service plans available:
- FREE: 1000 products in feed, no premium features
- SMALL $29: 2000 products in feed, all premium features
- MEDIUM $49: 5000 products in feed, all premium features
- LARGE $79: 9000 products in feed, all premium features
Because in our experience larger amounts of products require a more hands-on approach we have higher tiers available if you contact us.
